Poetry: Love poem

I want to be happy, Find and give love, I want to start early, early not like yesterday, but the day before.  I need to finally rest,  Rest and never worry,  By your side I'll be at my best,  Best choice it's you want to marry.  Fate has given me luck,  Luck I truly deserve;  Heaven dictated my destiny,  Destiny that overwrote my version of the dark.  You have brightened my side of weakness,  Weakness than reign my future imagination,  It’s worth the pressure of seeking strength in success,  Success I attribute to your endless determination.  Its true you never left me alone,  Alone is a term I don't have an elaboration, Indebted forever to you I will live,  Live in my heart and enjoy my sweet affection.

Poetry: Church

CHURCH Even when I’m writing this poem, I’m unsure whether I’ll present to them, Who? You know, the people in that service, It’s going to be for the rest of my Sundays, Breaking this comfy habit, Which, addicts me like eating dirt, That despite the consequences, I’m convinced of escaping with adequate taking fluids, It is my custom routine, Rising at noon, Imagining a plan, Probably from young rich, Far, the thought, far… from the church. Born and raised in the church, Like everyone claims as such, I had this intriguing concern, In this church, is everyone poverty stricken? Pray, pray, pray, POOR! Everyone? Even pastor?  Why not sing, sing, sing RICH? Why not thank for eating good fish? Other than feeling better with omena and animal intestines, Which, to many in the slums and street homes that’s pure riches. The dynamics of life, One is always in strife, Could we be following the wrong god blindly? Its in the documentary,...

Poetry: Obama's Homecoming

OBAMA’S HOMECOMING!!! Kenyans are eagerly waiting for President Obama, It is all over the news and the streets are all about Obama, His homecoming is one like no other, It has never been done in the US, Europe or Africa, Obama is the president of the whole world, His word influences every other world, We are proud that his roots are found right here at home, In fact, we feel like he is our brother and a homie. He was here a while ago, But then, he was not the most powerful man, so we cooled our ego, Right now, we are the talk of the world, Even if we are not told, It might not be public in the papers and the streets,  But the jealous ones can’t keep the thought off their heads, You know how some people think Africans know each other? The way when they see you visit abroad, they ask whether you know  Kamau and Wamatha ? Right now they think Obama will shake the hands of every African! Africa is a continent, don’t be an ignorant American! ...

Poetry: Mother Daughter love

Hello my little angel, Days come and go, You have given me the glow, Since you came into my life, You have improved my style, You have enhanced my shape, You have taught me patience, You have trained me perseverance, I know both pain and happiness, I know both poverty and riches, I have learnt what a child needs, I’ve known differences in wants, I have been blessed with a family, I have studied your daddy, He is a good man, He is God given, It’s all because of you, I enjoy being with you two, I have become hard working, My life is just shinning, I have learnt how to live the moment, Your presence has given me much content, I watch you sleep every day, I touch and fondle your little body, I don’t know how to take you back to your little cot, I still feel you need to be beside mama’s chest, I pray that you grow big, I want to bring you up responsible and strong, I hope you live under God's care, As you will always in...

Poetry: We are fighting

We are fighting My husband and my love, just listen, Here we are once again, we are fighting, You find fault and we fight and we love, Just listen, please listen, I am one, just one girl, why is this, I love me, I love you, I hate this, We are fighting, please calm down, I’ am a girl, I will talk, just listen. If you knew, how much love, I posses, You would stay, hear me talk, roll my eyes, Because at night, it is you, it is me, in this love, Stop fighting, I’m your wife, your pure love, That’s what counts; give me your back, You have mine, since years back, You can cry, you can laugh, I’ll be here, I’m your wife, and your rock, and your life, So come down, I will make all your days, forever, It’s just a phase, of a girl, to always talk over and over, Stop fighting, inside me, all I know is your love, I think you, I dream you, I know you, and you’re my life, So let me be, but listen, don’t get mad, It’s just me, Your little girl, the te...

Struggling to get traffic to your site?

Struggling to get traffic to your site? YES! So many people are dying to have others read or view their stuff online. I have been asking the same question over and over. How do I get traffic to my site? I have written several quality poems. My poems are original, and they possess artistic traits. They are captivating and depict a lot of what most of us go through. However, the traffic has been negligible. It is funny that up to date, I don’t have a solution to this problem. I am also looking for a way to break through. What I know is that from where I come from, not so many people can access the internet, and when they do, they are so careful not to exhaust their bundles on ‘leisure stuff’. So, today I thought to myself, why not go online and ask that one person who has the secret to heavy traffic on their sites to give me the tip? I have done substantial research, and some of the options I get are either unrealistic, too demanding, or I just can’t meet the requirements. Like any ...

Don’t you ever change, Despite your dwelling please be the same, Don’t go, forever be mine, Don’t cry, forever do smile, Coz I did not judge your place, You code, but your love for me, So, ghetto girl, give me more looove. And so tonight I come as one, Just the way I was under that tree, I want to look into your eyes as you look into mine, And tonight you have to see what has been inside of me, So girl, ghetto girl, hold me down tonight, I want to drown in your love tonight, for the rest of my nights, Gimmi love, ghetto girl, gimmie more looove.
